HealthCRM extends powerful business tools (CRM, LLMs, semantic search) to help users take control of their Health Information and to improve their family's health.
First, many workers use business tools such as a CRM ("Customer Relationship Management"), LLMs ("Large Language Models"), and semantic search (Bing, Google, etc.) in their day-to-day work. These tools make workers more productive, avoid repetitive tasks, manage massive amounts of information, and track both activities and tasks.
Second, the US healthcare system is very complex, paperwork-heavy, forcing users to manage and organize endless providers and activities (visits, labs, etc.). Most worrisome, users suffer from a significant information asymmetry: both insurance companies and healthcare providers have access to information most users can't find, easily understand, much less properly act on.
HealthCRM leverages the business tools workers are already familiar with to take control of their family's health and health information:
CRM helps companies manage their clients and suppliers -> HealthCRM helps a family to manage their healthcare providers and medical supplies.
LLMs help professionals to make better business decisions -> HealthCRM has a custom LLM trained on accurate, scientific information (as opposed to generic LLMs trained on Reddit and Wikipedia)
Semantic search crawlers digesting almost unlimited information -> HealthCRM's own search engine surfaces relevant information from verified academic and government sources (FDA, Medicare, NIH, etc.)
Insurance companies use AI to deny claims, hospitals use AI to fight back and maximize billing, and now patients can use the same tech to defend their rights and protect their families.
HealthCRM replaces spreadsheets, Post-It notes, and phone-based calendars with a "Family Health Dashboard." DM me to join our pilot project.

Data Management and Logistics
Using the US healthcare system is a data management and logistical challenge.
And this causes massive demands on already overworked caregivers.
Caregivers perform complex tasks with little training:
care coordination
patient advocate
decision-making
Also, caregivers are expected to:
navigate a very complicated healthcare system
understand complex health information
Juggling Tasks
Caregivers are forced to become both Data and Logistics Managers. Advocating for a patient also requires access to accurate, relevant, up-to-date information.
